ad nauseum?....here?....i dont think so. JUST PLEASE -- no more cornell 77 posts

i'd say that is the only one that should be OFF LIMITS. though i know the "cape cod" to be legendary, i've never checked this one -- just started in on the dancin and it's helping get the cobwebs out -- maybe I CAN FACE THE DAY :>

(phil is DOMINANT -- sounds like he's playing the modulus but i know it;s not -- his sound/tone is unrivaled -- he really sounds more mid-80s here, no>? -- even if you know what notes to play, it takes years of trial and error to get a tone like that, not BOOMY -- his notes cut right through the wall of wahwah and funk coming from brent -- who sounds super on the harmonies -- OK the transition to franklin's is sweet and well done but not mindblowing -- unless you are a seasoned deadhead who views each song selection as fitting into an ever evolving statistical puzzle -- the comprehension of which allows you to predict dark stars and morning dews weeks in advance -- then, then maybe you would pee your pants....or if you were there tripping your face off, ok you might have an accident too...)

"[...] the comprehension of which allows you to predict dark stars and morning dews weeks in advance"

too funny!

and yes I agree the transition is nothing to write home to mom about, especially when there are some cuts and AUD source in there to muck up the works.

The rest of the set is so much more mind blowing in my book.

I agree the transition from Dancin to Franks is not that special, I am pointing to the He's Gone > Other One as the highlight of this set for me.

Let me know when you've gotten through the He's Gone>Other One. Talk about Phil taking over.
